Dear young people,

By the grace of God, we are pleased to invite you to this year’s International Youth Congress, which will take place from July 28 to August 2, 2025, in Romania, Bihor County, Oradea, BBSO Campus, under the theme: “Who are you?”.

In a world that offers you so many labels, have you ever felt lost in them? We seek confirmation, validation and a place to belong, but our true identity does not come from what others say about us. At the “Who are you?” conference, you’ll have the opportunity to discover profound answers to the questions that really matter: Who am I? What is my purpose? How does God see me?

Come explore your spiritual identity, discover your talents and learn how to live authentically! Through engaging sessions, practical workshops and moments of worship, you will experience a transformative inner journey. We look forward to welcoming you to start this transformation together!

Where will this event take place?

The programs of this event will take place in the new Campus of the Hope Baptist Church Oradea (BBSO), a modern space, specially designed for deep spiritual encounters. You will have the opportunity to participate in the 1,200-seat auditorium, equipped with state-of-the-art technology, where impeccable sound and inspirational atmosphere create the perfect setting for reflection, worship and spiritual growth. Every detail of this space has been designed to provide an authentic, distraction-free experience so you can fully connect with the messages that will transform your life.

Frequently Asked Questions

Registration is required for absolutely everyone. Children under 10 years old have 100% discount, so they pay nothing. When you sign up and pay, you have the option to add the CHILD Package, which is charged at 0. Children over 10 years old are charged in full, as for adults.

Children will have separate activities on most weekday programs. For the rest of the time, parents are asked to watch the children to maintain a pleasant atmosphere for all participants, and order on the BBSO Campus premises.

The participation fee was removed thanks to donations and loans received from the Conferences, the Romanian Union of the SDA Reform Movement, and a few dedicated brethren who wished to support the youth.

Just like at home, where we may not enjoy it but still have to pay the bills, our gracious hosts cannot welcome us to the Campus entirely for free either. It wouldn’t be fair for only those choosing the full package to cover the cost of renting the entire campus, right? To ensure fairness, the fees had originally been distributed evenly among all participants. Moreover, we worked hard to keep the prices as low as possible.

Thankfully, with the removal of the fees, the costs have become even more accessible! Praise the Lord!

Unfortunately we have some fixed amounts that we have to hand over to the service providers, and these amounts could only be negotiated for the whole period. Therefore, the fact that we have also made packages for fewer days is a risk that we are taking, and those losses will hopefully be compensated by the high volume of participants. Furthermore, we have made every effort to keep the prices as low as possible.

Under current laws, we cannot hold cash above a fairly low threshold, and vendors are paid on a contract basis through church accounts. Therefore all payments are made through the online platform. In addition, it would be very difficult for both us and you to efficiently manage such large amounts of cash during the event.

Given that everything is rented, we depend on payment deadlines and efficient event management in all aspects. Therefore, priority for registration will be given to those who are 100% committed to participating. How do we know they are so determined to participate? From the fact that they have paid in full.

In principle, the answer would be no, because there will be many applicants and few places in the programs.

Yes, there are rooms for mom and baby.

Unfortunately, as more currencies would be involved as participants from outside of Europe are expected, all payments will be made, both online and physically (the fee for transportation on the trip – see above if the trip is included in your package or not), in RON.
